The Ooh La La Pet Spaw & Hotel Experience

When your pup stays with us, they're treated like family! Our goal is to provide a fun, safe, and enriching vacation where your dog enjoys plenty of exercise, socialization, rest, and personalized care.

Monday–Friday: A Full Day of Fun

Dogs who pass our temperament assessment enjoy all-day daycare as part of their boarding stay.

Throughout the day, our Pack Leaders rotate dogs through carefully supervised playgroups based on:

• Size
  
• Play style
  
• Energy level
  
• Personality
  

Playgroups rotate throughout the day from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with breaks for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and plenty of rest.

Outdoor Play & Splash Time

During each rotation, pups enjoy time in our spacious outdoor play yards featuring:

• Interactive play equipment
  
• Relaxation areas
  
• Splash Park fun (additional cost & weather permitting)
  

Outdoor play sessions typically last 15–30 minutes before rotating back inside to rest and hydrate.

For everyone's safety, outdoor activities may be adjusted or postponed during severe weather.

Comfortable Suites

When they're not playing, your pup relaxes in their own climate-controlled suite featuring:

• Cozy raised bed
  
• Soft blanket
  
• Fresh, clean water
  
• A clean and sanitized room throughout the day
  

While your dog is enjoying playtime, our team cleans suites, refreshes water, fluff blankets, and prepares everything for their next nap.

Weekend Schedule

Weekends are designed to give our guests a chance to recharge.

Saturday

• Playgroups from 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
  
• Afternoon rest and quiet time
  
• Evening potty breaks, dinner, and bedtime routine beginning around 6:30 PM
  

Sunday

Our facility is closed to the public, but our team is still here caring for every guest.

Dogs receive scheduled potty breaks, meals, fresh water, suite cleaning, and lots of love throughout the day while enjoying a quieter, more relaxing schedule.

Safety Comes First

Every dog is carefully supervised by our experienced Pack Leaders during playtime.

For additional peace of mind, our facility is monitored by 24/7 security cameras, so your pup is always safe—even after business hours.

This allows your pup to:

You're also welcome to stop by for a tour during business hours. We'd love to show you around and introduce you to everything that makes Ooh La La Pet Spaw & Hotel a home away from home!

This version feels much more like a luxury pet resort and is easier for customers to read on both desktop and mobile. It also helps sell the experience instead of simply listing the daily routine.

For the safety and comfort of all our guests, dogs in heat are not permitted to participate in boarding or daycare.

Not every dog enjoys or is suited for group play—and that's perfectly okay!

Some dogs may not be eligible for playgroups because they:

• Are intact males over 6 months of age
  
• Show behavioral concerns such as dog aggression, excessive dominance, or mounting
  
• Are fearful or anxious around other dogs
  
• Have mobility or agility limitations
  
• Are senior dogs that need a quieter environment
  
• Prefer spending time with people rather than other dogs
  

Every dog completes a temperament assessment so we can determine the safest and most enjoyable play style for their individual needs.

Dogs who are not a good fit for group play receive personalized one-on-one care with our team.

Private Playtime includes:

• Three individual potty breaks each day
  
• Individual play and enrichment with a staff member
  
• Plenty of love and attention
  

Private Playtime: $16 per night

If your dog enjoys group play but you'd like to add extra one-on-one attention during their stay, you can add an additional Private Play Session for $25 per day.

We invite first-time guests to enjoy a FREE full-day of daycare!
