Free Live Camera Access
Stay connected with your pet throughout the day! Complimentary live camera access is available for all daycare and boarding guests Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. For the safety and privacy of all pets and owners, dogs must be registered and actively checked into our facility before camera access is available. Once checked in, you can conveniently view our daycare play yards through your customer portal.
Q: Can I watch my dog while they're at daycare or boarding?
A: Yes! We offer complimentary live camera access for all daycare and boarding guests Monday–Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Simply log into your customer portal to view the play yards while your dog is checked into our facility.
Q: How do you monitor the dogs throughout the day?
A: Your pet's safety is our top priority. Our facility is equipped with multiple cameras that allow our team to monitor dogs and activity areas 24 hours a day, ensuring constant supervision and peace of mind.
Q: Does luxury boarding include camera access?
A: Absolutely! Luxury boarding guests receive access to their dog's personal suite and play yard cameras, allowing you to check in on your furry family member during their stay.
How to Register for Camera Access
Easy steps to get access
Step 1: Register Your Pet
To protect the privacy and security of all guests, your dog must be registered in our system before camera access can be activated. Registration can be completed by calling us or visiting our facility in person.
Step 2: Check Your Dog In
Camera access is only available while your dog is actively checked into daycare or boarding. Once your pet is checked in, your account will have access to the available camera feeds.
Step 3: Log Into Your Customer Portal
After registration and check-in, simply log into your customer portal and click the "Current Clients" section then "Camera" to view your dog's play yard and, for Luxury Boarding guests, their personal suite camera.
Step 4: Enjoy Peace of Mind
